Empower Youth
Transforming ideas into impactful community projects through collaboration and guidance.

Community and Local Business Partnerships
A cornerstone of our program is local business collaboration. We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom walls, and by involving local companies and community organizations, students get exposure to real-world experiences. We recruit volunteers from London’s businesses, startups, and community groups to serve as mentors. These mentors bring fresh perspectives, industry knowledge, and enthusiasm to the students. They act not only as role models but as bridges connecting classroom learning to the working world.
Structured Mentorship Program Overview
Our flagship offering is a structured mentorship program spanning approximately 24–26 weeks (about two school terms). Mentors engage with students in 1–2 sessions per week in planned sessions that fit the school schedule. Consistent weekly interaction is key – research shows regular sessions help build a stable relationship. Each mentor works with a small group of students to ensure personal guidance.
